Rates
16 person minimum
Meals are not included in these rates
16-27 people -- $53.50 per person/per night
28-35 people -- $44.50 per person/per night
36-43 people -- $39.50 per person/per night
44-60 people -- $35.50 per person/per night
Facility Cleaning Fee: $5.00 per person/per entire stay
with a minimum of $100.00
Kitchen Rental: $150.00 per day with a 3 day minimum
(You have the option to have your food catered
or prepare your own meals. Please let us know if
you are interested in catering for caterers and
prices.)
Youth Groups are required to pay a refundable (after
inspection) damage deposit of $500.00
